Consulting
Visicom offers professional advisory services, in order to maximize positive effect of the implementation of HamiltonSFA solution in the customer’s infrastructure. Visicom’s consultants identify customer’s needs and propose the best solution, tailor-made to the needs of each customer. Thanks to our experience from many international projects, we can help our customers also in the after-sales phase of the project. We help decrease total costs of ownership and adjust our solution to the changing environment.
Implementation
Our consultants participate to the management of the implementation projects, starting with the analysis of the customer’s needs and ending with the implementation itself. These services cover not only project management, but also necessary software changes, system instalation, configuration and database preparation. The quality of the project management and implementation services of Visicom has been aknowledged by several multinational accounts (see References).
Training
HamiltonSFA implementation includes also users and administrators training. Basic training is free. If needed, we also organize extended trainings, which allows customers to aquire deeper knowledge of the system and its better use.
Outsourcing
We also offer outsourcing services, ie. technology and services, necessary for the use of HamiltonSFA system is run in our outsourcing center and supported directly by our professionals. Thus the customer can focus on his core business and does not have to take care about complex sales force automation system. At the same time, customer has the guarantee of error-free operations and immediate problem-fixing, if any. Outsourcing services are based on ITSM standards, recommended by ITIL certfied professionals.
Other Services
Maintenance, or annual subscription of new versions of HamiltonSFA system. The service is not part of the standard shipment so it needs to be ordered separately. By ordering of Maintenance customer will receive all new versions of his moduls of the system, released over 12 months period. The customer also automaticaly receives Helpdesk services, which allows the customer the get solved all possible bugs, remarks and requierements on the system. Thanks to the automated system, customer can follow up the status of his requierement. This service is available only to selected users.
Support of all users is provided by HotLine service.
Visicom also offers Hotspare service, which means the rent of replacement PDA devices for the period of servicing of the original devices. User receives spare device with all the information that he had on his original device, so he can easily keep on working without any time loss.
However, this service is bundled only with other outsourcing services.
